So danaeaphreal and chrysa might vaguely recognize this as my "I AM GONNA WRITE ME A TEEN NOVEL" plot XD I don't know. I feel like the main character might be overly glib for someone her age... and that's my problem. I always have to write Witty McWittington main characters.
